Receive the best care
The Compassion Network advantage
Our caregivers are the same caregivers we would want for our loved ones. We not only look at skill level and competency, but also personality, compassion, and kindness when matching caregivers with our clients.
Our caregivers are certified Health Care Aides. We make sure they are equipped and trained for any client need. We offer specialized in house training, for example, our caregivers receive specialized dementia training.
We understand situations can change rapidly and at any time. We do not lock our clients in long term contracts.
Our qualified Health Care Aides and Nurses have the training and skills needed to supplement any gaps in care in any facility situation. On top of meeting care needs, our Health Care Aides and Nurses are here to improve the resident’s quality of life:
We Take the Necessary Precautions
In conjunction with guidance and best practice standards outlined by Public Health, our Health Care Aides and Nurses are guests of the facility and will follow all required COVID-19 and IPC precautions. On top of these requirements, we ensure our people are protected for your loved one’s safety:
Helping In These Tough Times
Residents in continuing care facilities including long term care, supportive living and independent living facilities have been hit the hardest during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has not only been the rampant outbreaks of the virus in these environments that have led to deterioration of care. Reductions in recreational activities, social events, and reduced family visitations have led to severe isolation which has impacted health and wellbeing greatly.
